Requests for Displays, Forums, and Agenda Time

Agenda Time and AV needs
The deadline for requesting agenda time has passed. 

Between February 15 and 28, synod staff will make recommendations regarding the requests to the Assembly Planning Committee, who makes the final decision. Any plenary speakers will need to submit their final AV no later than April 1 to Rebekah Thornhill.

Forums
The deadline for proposing a forum has passed. 

The synod staff will make recommendations regarding the requests to the Assembly Planning Committee, who makes the final decision.

Receptions
Receptions give an opportunity for groups to host an informal gathering with assembly participants. Room rentals as well as food and beverage will be coordinated through the synod office and groups will be invoiced following the assembly. Please contact Rebekah Thornhill to discuss the costs involved and available scheduling.

Display Tables
Display spaces will be available in the hallways surrounding our main ballroom. Partner Organizations, MNYS Committees and vendors can submit an application for that space through an online form. Click here to complete your formAll applications are due April 1. After which, MNYS staff will review the applications and make recommendations to the Assembly Planning Committee. Please do not send any payment for a table until you have received confirmation of space being granted.

 

Submit a Report

Reports
The Bulletin of Reports is made available in May. It is broken down into three parts: Section A: Welcome and Voting Members Materials, Section B: Reports from Synod Council, staff, conferences, committees and partner organizations, and Section C: Financial Reports.

Reports must be submitted using a fillable form with all answers typed for it to be included. Once completed, please email this form and any photos as attachments to Rebekah ThornhillAll reports are due by April 1, 2017. 

When filling out the form, please fill it out by opening it in Adobe Acrobat. Download the latest reader for free here. Make sure to save a copy of the completed form. When finished, attach the file to an email. It may not be received if you use the submit button within Adobe Acrobat. All submitted reports will recieve email confirmation of their receipt.
