Mission Interpreter Trainings

Could you serve as a mission interpreter in your parish? This is an easy way to educate your congregation about the wider church and help them feel good about giving. Held once or twice a year, Mission Interpreter Trainings will prepare you to be a storyteller, offer communication tools, and provide resources. There is no obligation; all are welcome to simply come and learn more about where our offerings go.

Mission Interpreter Gatherings
For those who have committed to be mission interpreters, the synod hosts regular opportunities to gather, share stories, listen to speakers, pick up additional resources, evaluate the ministry, and get to know one another. We look forward to getting together again in the spring.

For more information regarding any of these events or to RSVP, contact Sarah Gioe,

Director of Communication & Interpretation, at 212-665-0732 x222 or sgioe@mnys.org.
