The Relevance of Luther’s Theology in the 21st Century

Join us for two free opportunities (September 6 and September 9) to worship together, share meals, and learn from international Luther scholar, Thomas Kaufmann, author of A Short Life of Martin Luther and Luther's Jews

This will include Morning Prayer, lecture, and lunch at Saint Peter’s Church, Manhattan.

In this lecture, Dr. Thomas Kaufmann will address Luther’s theology as it relates to cultural and theological issues in society and church. He will give special attention to classic attributes of the Lutheran tradition: Grace, Faith, Christ, and Scripture Alone. Learn more about the first lecture here.

FYI: Discounted parking is available at Icon Parking located on the south side of 51st St. between Third and Lexington Avenues. Fee is $15 total for up to five hours of parking, plus a $2 credit card fee.

To receive the discount, the church receptionist must validate your parking ticket and a credit card must be used to complete the transaction. Please note this is also an ICON garage on the north side of the street which does not honor this rate; use the south side garage only.
