Christ Lutheran Church Centennial 100th Anniversary

Christ Lutheran Church of Staten Island Celebrates 100th Anniversary 100 Years ago, on August 8th, 1925 Christ Lutheran Church of Great Kills officially incorporated as a Lutheran congregation in New York. On Sunday, August 10th, 2025 - We held a festive service of Holy Communion at 9:30am. We processed from CLC to the Old Fire House Knights of Columbus around the block for our liturgy. Then on Reformation Sunday, in October we held our 100th Anniversary at Christ Lutheran Church.

For over 25 years, Trinity on the north shore has been ministering to the hungry and needy. We partner with Trinity’s feeding ministry, offering comfort to those less fortunate, and we collect food for the food pantry and soup kitchen at CLC.
