S. Jean Smith, R.N., Esq., heads Kuwesa Project, a program that empowers women living with HIV/AIDS to become self-sufficient. She will speak on the challenges of living in rural western Kenya, the lack of food security, water safety and the disease burden on children. There will be a question and answer session immediately following.
