It's not too late; let us help you register for the ELCA Youth Gathering!
Still considering sending youth to the ELCA Youth Gathering July 16-20 in New Orleans? Registration closes on April 15, so there is still time. We want to get as many youths as possible from our Synod to this life-changing experience, and there are a few ways that we would like to help you register your youth.
Are finances preventing you from registering your kids for the Gathering? A Synod Sponsorship fund has been created to help ease this burden. You can submit an application here. Applications are due by the end of the day on March 31. We will notify you by April 5, which still gives you ten days to register, knowing what assistance can be provided. Do you have a youth or two who might be interested in attending but need more to send an entire group? Don't let that stop them from attending. Please contact our Synod Champion, The Rev. John Hickey ([email protected] or 516-557-1301), as he would be excited to connect these youth with another local congregation who is attending.

All Primary leaders have been added, but you are encouraged to add other adult leaders or pastors to the email as we approach deadlines and final preparations.
