Kevin Vandiver
Pastor Kevin has was ordained in the Metro New York Synod, has served in a parish in Harlem, and is now the Assistant to the Bishop for the Brooklyn Bridges, Manhattan, Northeast Queens, Southeast Queens, Southwest Queens, and South Shore Brooklyn Conferences.
Kevin received his M. Div from Duke Divinity School, and is currently a PhD Student at Princeton Theological Seminary, where his area is Practical Theology, with a specialization in Homiletics.
Other work Kevin has done includes serving at Christ Lutheran Churches-Charlotte (Providence Campus) as the Director of Family Ministry, and serving as an Associate Minister for Youth and Young Adults at The Riverside Church in the City of New York. Kevin has also worked extensively with Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools, one of which he founded in New York City.
Kevin is married to Dr. Marci Vandiver.
